No supplements or products of any kind are required for this program. It is 100% natural.
I’m breastfeeding, will this program slow down my milk supply? Will I still lose weight or reach my goals?
Yes, you can absolutely still reach your goals while breastfeeding. This program will not slow down your milk supply, and it is designed to support healthy, sustainable weight loss during this phase.
Do I have to calorie count or Macro manage? No calorie counting. No macro tracking. I give you the full structure to follow, portions are built in, with variety from all food groups at every meal, so even the pickiest eater always has options. I provide your macro ranges so you can maintain your weight based on your personal goal and so you know how to eat this way for life.
Is this program for a specific diet? This program is designed for ALL diets.

What age group is this program? This program is for adults 18 years and older.

Are workouts a requirement? Workouts are not required, but they are highly recommended. This program is 80% nutrition and 20% fitness.
Even if you choose not to work out, you can still lose weight by following the nutrition plan. However, adding movement into your lifestyle will improve your overall health, increase energy, and help you reach your goals faster.
What exercises will I have access to? Every workout includes a how-to video demonstrating proper form and the targeted muscle group.
You’ll have access to thousands of workouts, ranging from beginner to advanced, even if you have no equipment. You can swap and alternate workouts at any time, customize them to fit your goals, and even create and save your own workouts in your personal workout library.

Are pictures and being posted online a requirement? No. Everything is 100% confidential.
Any photos shared publicly are posted only with written consent. If you prefer privacy, that will always be respected.
Do I have the option to choose my own start date? Once payment is complete, you’ll receive full access to the program and must begin within 15 days of purchase, unless a specific start date has been communicated and approved in advance.
How available are you as my Coach?
You can message me anytime through the app or via my personal number, whatever works best for you. Whether you need guidance, motivation, or answers about nutrition or workouts, I’ve got your back. I do recommend checking the app daily for messages, updates, and support so you never miss anything.
